How a BARI removal is priced, per 30 minutes
The three published rates
Truck time at BARI is published in 30-minute blocks, so you can see the rate before anyone calls you back. The compact moving truck is $55 per 30 minutes. It suits a studio or one-bedroom apartment, a small office, or a student move. Movers are not included on that rate. The coordinator confirms whether extra hands are needed before moving day.
The medium truck with movers is $60 per 30 minutes. It is the truck for a 2–3 bedroom family home, a larger office, and heavy furniture or appliances. The large truck with movers is $80 per 30 minutes. Use it for a 3-bedroom home, a large apartment or townhouse, or a medium office, especially when the pieces are heavy or oversized.

What the written quote still adds
A 30-minute rate cannot see your stairs, your lift booking, or how far the truck has to travel. The written quote covers access, packing, and the distance between the two addresses. That is why two homes with the same number of bedrooms can land on different totals, and why we do not pretend a postcode average is a price.
Tell us both postcodes, the kind of move, and a rough size. A coordinator calls within two business hours and writes the scope before moving day, so the total is agreed while there is still time to change the plan.
Which truck to start from
Start from the home, not from the biggest truck. A studio with a tight stair and a few real pieces of furniture is often the compact truck, with hands added only if the pieces need them. A family house with a sofa, a fridge, and a bedroom for each child is the medium truck with movers. If the sofa, the marble, or the office joinery is the point of the job, say so. The large truck is there for that, and the quote names what is included.
