How do you price a move?+
We quote from origin, destination, access (stairs, lift, parking), volume, and any packing or storage. You get a written scope — not a vague hourly surprise — after a short call or video walkthrough.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Goods in transit and public liability cover sit on every job. High-value art, marble, and instruments are flagged on the run sheet so wrapping and handling match the piece.
Do I need to pack myself?+
You can. Many clients pack clothes and paper, and leave kitchens, glass, and art to us. Full packing and unpacking is available if you want to walk into a finished home.
Can you move apartments with tight access?+
Yes. We plan lift bookings, loading zones, and long carries up front. If a piano, spa bath, or oversized sofa needs a hoist, we say so before the day — not at the kerb.
